Rescheduling Policy
If rescheduling is needed, please provide 2 days notice to allow us to rearrange the schedule and fill that empty time slot with another service for our technicians to complete. There is no charge if proper notice (2 days or more) is given. 

Payments
After the initial service, you'll receive an invoice through text and/or email with the total amount due for that cleaning. You will then be able to pay with debit or credit card. A receipt will be sent to the email on file after each cleaning

ALTA Cleaning is not responsible for the following:

Broken Seals or Pre-Scratched Windows - A broken seal is when there is a small leak in the seal that allows air to get in-between the panes. The result from this is a discoloration, moisture between panes, and/or a foggy appearance. This is a pre-existing defect that Alta Cleaning LLC is not responsible for. Any windows that are scratched before the arrival of Alta Cleaning LLC, we are not held responsible. 

Water in Broken Seals - When there is a broken seal and water enters through the seal, it can create damage between the panes. Alta Cleaning LLC is not responsible for water entering the broken seal when not properly informed before providing our services. 

Storm Windows - The inner panes of storm windows are never included in our quotes. Therefore, Alta Cleaning LLC is not responsible to clean them. If you would like storm windows cleaned, please inform us before your cleaning to add them on for an extra charge.
